Hatha Flow Yoga (Mondays 4.55pm)
Vikki Kavanagh teaches Hatha Yoga at our Studio on Mondays. Hatha Yoga is a traditional non-dynamic style of Yoga, where you are encouraged to progress at your own pace with postures offered progressively so that all abilities can be taught together.
Yoga is non-competitive and Vikki always emphasises that everyone should work in their own way, offering modifications where needed. There is no best in class, but only the best we can feel inside, students are encouraged to discover a sense of self awareness using their senses to gain a new perspective on the world around them and to see themselves in a positive way. As well as physically exercising our body, Yoga helps us to take a moment out of our hectic busy lives to simply move and breathe, to relax and to be calmer.
